PCOD problem.
I am 22 year old. I haven't got my periods from last 6 months and I'm definitely not pregnant. I have PCOD problem diagnosed prior to 8 months and I was taking deviry medicines for 6-8 months and had gain up huge weight. After stopping that again period problems were continued.So this time I choosed not to use allopathic . So should I shift to ayurvedic or homeopathy or continue with allopathy only ?

Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Do meditation regularly Do perineal and pelvic exercises daily Take carrots, beet root and coriander juice daily Take alo Vera juice daily Take Ashokarishta 20 ml Twice a day for 6 mths Cap evecare by Himalaya 2 Twice a day for 6 mths Lohasav 10 ml Twice a day for 3 months Stop oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, rice for few months Take raj pravartini Vati 2 Twice a day for 5 days, for periods, if needed
