If you are sexually active do a urine pregnancy test. If you are not sexually active then take Ginette for 21days followed by pill free interval of 7days. This cyclical form should be done for 6months. Please add Tab metformin 500mg to your prescription. And please add structural exercise of 30min each day to your schedule. Continue tab normoz for 6months.
