Pcod problem
1) I have "PCOD "since 2 years and from last 2 months instead of normal bleeding & I'm getting spotting that to for 6-7 days ...! 2) Is it normal ? What should I do ? I used to take tablets for this but since 4/5 months I stopped taking pcod tablets ...! 3) So please suggest me what to do ? Is anything serious ? And I have Thyroid also & for that I'm taking Eltroxin 50mcg

It's because of PCOD problem. You can start again with the medications and supplements along with weight reduction and excercise and diet

U can continue your medication and do regular exercise and life style modification And u no need to worry about  PCOS.It can be cured ..dont stress yourself
