I am 18 years old and was diagnosed with PCOD / PCOS in December after missing my period for two months. I took progesterone tablets to induce my period. Since then, I have been on homeopathy but it has been almost four months since I have got my period. I have gained weight in the past two years and I feel that is a major factor in this (60 kgs) What steps should I take

PCOD u tend u gain weight. U need to exercise regularly and consume less caloric more fibrous food. After significant weight loss your periods will slowly normalise.
