Hi, in case of pco if you are overweight it will make it a little more difficult to conceive, please start a diet + exercise routine. Studies have proven that even 15% decrease in weight can increase your chance of getting pregnant by 25 times. Exercise atleast 3days a week for 20 minutes. Avoid deep fried oily foods, sugary foods, carbonated drinks, preserved foods. Check your thyroid levels too.
