PCOD medicine and high bp

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I was prescribed femilon to regularize my period cycle. But the side effect is extremely high bp 180/100.Although cardiologist has given a medicine to control BP, i still feel uneasy. Should i stop femilon? What other medicine can be used to regularize period cycle?
