Yes definitely... Do the Panchkarma ...vaman process... it will help to  balance the hormonal level...internal medicines should also be continued .. Do sun-salutation daily for 15 min...it will help to stimulate the ovulation.. thereby help to regulate the menstrual cycle...& will  also reduce centeal obesity.. Diet-avoid dahi,cheez,paneer,bakery products,fermented diet like idli dosa .avoid salty & oily diet for few days...

From what you have mentioned, you seem to have pcos ie ovarian cysts. It's not a disease but a condition where some part of your female hormonal cycle is out of place. It can definitely be corrected with 3 things. 1. Proper diet 2. the right medicine 3. Regular exercise
