PCOD ayurvedic treatment
Is there any ayurvedic treatment for PCOD? If yes please let me know what is the course and how effective it is. Are there any side effects?

In PCOD ayurvedic treatment 'Aartav Shuddhi' is done by clearing the channels obstructed due to vitiation of Kapha dosh.  The pkg given not only opens up channels clearing the way for ovulation by cleaning sacs. It is done by herbal combo decoction prepared at home. Some other m.c. regulators are given orally. It brings down obesity, stress and strain also.
Next Steps
Start avoiding curd, heavy foods etc before you make up mind for ayurvedic safe treatment.

avoid cold and stale and processed foods. Start deep breathing and meditation for few minutes a day. Take Triphala powder 5 gm or tab 2 at night with 2 glasses of warm water

Yup PCOS is the most common problem of most of females now a day...and these problem will not nly going to hamper ur condition now but after marriage it will also have bad effects while conceving....and if u use allopathy medicine i can tell u that it will give u temporary relief but have many side effects...and for these in medicines they have very less medicines after that it is not control from that they advise surgery...so if u take my advise i would suggest u to have these medicines and see the result....

Rasapachaka + Patha both 3 n half tsp and mux both and have a half tsp twice a day...it will have good result if u make kaada of it and procedure is very easy...put 1 tsp in 1 cup of water and boil it upto half cup and drink it... 2. Ananth manjhista faant 2 tsp twice a day.. 3. Dhamasa + haritki + shunthi + chitraka + bilva majja take 10 gm each and take half three times a day with honey... 4.Raktajaesha tablet 2 tab twice a day... 5. Gokshuradi guggula 2 tab twice a day... 6. Bhuikoda + pusphadhanva mix botha and half tsp three times a day.. 7. Tab Gandharvaharitki 2 tab at bedtime

See i the later stage weight of the female get incraeses and pimples and mood swings and hairs on face all.these are the symptoms of PCOS...so to avoid all these u have to start medicines as early as poosible... Avoid Chana,harbara,curd... avoid non veg u can take once in 15 days... drink luke warm water... avoid excess drinking of water..drink water according to ur thirst... avoid indigestion... And main cause of ur problem is stress...more u will take tensn more it will going to increase...so be relax

Yes ...there are treatments. May need minimum 3 months to 6 months maximum. Doshas are removed from monthly menstruation or from oral, anal route through Shamana and Shodhana technique. Needs lifestyle changes for causes to avoid recurrence. If diagnosis and medicines are wrongly chosen then definitely side effects.
