Both overies are mildly inlarge in size right- 19× 24×26mm with a volume of 6 cc and left-23×29×30mm with a volume of 11 ccand shows small cyst arranged at the periphery. I want to get pregnant, can I get pregnant with this.

Your ovaries are normal in volume but show PCOS. I would need other details- how are your periods, have you put on weight, what was the reason for doing ultrasound. PCOS may result in difficulty in conceiving. See your gynaecologist for complete evaluation
