Hello,
Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder are two separate mental health disorders, a third psychosis with a mixed picture is called as schizoaffective disorder. The presentation of aggression, restlessness may occur due to a variety of reasons, like the thoughts, perception, mood state, medication effects, anxiety etc. Hence the remediation of such restlessness will require the cause to be ascertained. Hence please consult with your treating psychiatrist for a discussion and treatment of these symptoms.
Some modifications in treatment should help her and you.
