Patient gets unresponsive for few seconds with his eyes open , not responding to any kind of sound or anything after few seconds he even can't remind what had happen with him

Plz go to  neurologist. Pt may be suffering with absence (petit mal epilepsy) seizure .  He needs to be investigated by MRI brain and Brain EEG to make the diagnosis clearer. He may need antiepileptic medications like carbamazapine. Additionally Cardiac work up may need to be done at this age like BP measurement, pulse, ecg, lipid profile , doppler carotid artery  and 2 D ECHO. Its all to rule out any arrythmia or thromboembolic event.
