Patches on head and hairs disappearing

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Hairs on the head are disappearing leaving small patches on the head at different places. Small baby hairs are coming but not full growth. Consulted 2 doctors about this. First said due to fungal infection other told me the problem is tension. None of the prescribed medication worked. Help me out as soon as possible.
