Hello doctor
White patches in my penis last 12 year and itching problem also in legs near private part area.I never do unsafe sex. I do my HIV test.it's Negitive.What is that .Plz help me and suggest me any treatment.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. White patches on the genitals need not always be sexually transmitted diseases. It can also be fungal infection, lichen simplex et atrophicus, vitiligo. You will need detailed clinical examination. Skin biopsy might alos be required if diagnosis is doubtful. So kindly consult a nearby dermatologist for further evaluation.
