I dont pass motion everyday i go on alternate days... How to treat it?? Also when it comes its very tight and it pains... Please do help

Hello... You need to alter your food habits... Try to drink lots of water... Early morning as soon as you get up try to drink 3-4 glasses of water.. You need to include more vegetables specially green leafy vegetablesand fibre in your diet... Avoid oily and spicy food... Do min exercise
