Passing motion for 4 to 5 times a day
Last week my son was having diarrhoea for 2 days and he became completely weak, we have given ORS and medicines which reduced his weakness, but from last 3 days , he was passing motion for atleast 4 to 5 times a days. He is not having stomach pain, no foul smell, not loose motions too. From yesterday night we are using racigyl sb sachets, so today he went only for 2 times. So my question is why is he passing motion for 4 to 5 times a days without any pain and moreover he is very active too.
Is there any problem which is causing him this. And there is no loss of appetite too. Any suggestions would be really helpful.

Because of gut infection It can happen. For complete recovery it may take few more days. Continue probiotics and zinc till recovery..
