Parotitis and tonsilitis
I have had Parotitis from last Saturday and consulted a doctor he gave me tablets but after that my tonsils swelled and now is paining only while eating on both sides

You might be suffering from acute viral upper respiratory tract infection and parotitis and tonsillitis may be part of the same viral infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
