Parenchymal eco pattern of Liver
I was revently diagnosed with mild typhoid and treated. One of the tests done was USG abdomen and in the report it was mentioned Parenchymal eco pattern observed. What does it mean and should I be worried? Does it mean there ia damage to my liver or something? Please help.

Echo pattern is the principal based on which USG machine read the tissue. Emitted sound waves from machine get reflected or echoed from different or same tissue texture are studied as echo pattern. So actual findings must be following that echoed pattern.
