Parathyroid problem
I have very low serum PTH-2.5,serum calcium-9.95,I am suffering from extreme fatigue ,what to do to increase PTH level to normal,having very low PTH indicates parathyroid problem/hypercalcaemia?what are the treatments for such problems? please explain 🙏
