Paraphimosis condition
Hello Doctor,
Due to Diabetes recently I developed a tight foreskin (phemosis) problem. Recently, due to mishandling it at home it got converted into Paraphemosis (foreskin stuck behind glans). Can you please suggest which Tablets and Cream lotion should be used to reduce the inflammation and swelling so that I can visit Urologist in a few days after some relief is achieved at home only.
