My 5 months old son got paranychia in right ring finger with pus and redness swelling in the finger 4 days before. We have done a treatment and surgeon removed the pus and adviced antibiotics retrafix 50mg and babygesic syrup 1 ml for 5 days. But again he got swelling and the little pus in the area. He is crying because of pain. May I know how to treat this?

Hello,
Continue using retrafix as per given schedule it helps in controlling pus collection, repeat babygesic syrup dose if baby is crying with pain. If the size of pus collection is increasing despite using antibiotics then make a visit to doctor.
