There is gliotic area seen involving right cerebellar hemisphere and right high parietal region
Few lacunar infarcts are seen in right centrum semiovale.
Rest of the supra and infratentorial neuroparenchyma appears normal.
No evidence of SOL, intraparenchymal haemorrhage or midline shift.
No sellar- parasellar mass is seen.
Ventricles, the cortical sulci and basal cisterns appear normal.
The calvarial and the visualized facial bones, bilateral intra-orbital structures and the paranasal sinuses are unremarkable.
