  3. Paralysis, asthma. Give me suggestion.

Right side in the body is semi paralysed, right hand and leg is not work properly, present time he suffering from asthma, he dont eat food, every bite he vomiting. Pls help me and give me suggestion .

If he is passing stool then antiemetic can be used and if not then u must consult a surgeon because vomiting can be due various reasons and finding a cause will need physical examination with history.
