Papilla on tongue seems hard
So since few weeks i saw this whitish creamy line is present on my tongue and it doesn't go away with proper tongue scrapping as well. Also please notice the papilla encircled, it seems little hard, putting up two pics, one from last month, one taken today(with encirclement).

Its seems normal. But still if you have queries then consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance. Try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day, warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, betadine gargles twice a day.

Seems normal and healthy. Though clinical examination is necessary. Wipe tongue with gentle pressure regularly with moist cotton cloth+tooth paste before bed time, after food.

Your tongue appears normal. Avoid scraping too aggressively as it may cause further problems of having burning sensation etc. Rinse mouth with warm salt water 3 to 4 times a day for 1 week.  If you have any further issues, please consult with a dentist.
Next Steps
advised to visit a dentist if any more symptoms persist.
Health Tips
Avoid extremely harsh scraping of tongue. gently scrape tongue once a day.
