Pap test is normal for nabothian cyst
My pap test was normal two times . Dr didn't ask me for further test. She said it takes time to heal for spotting. It doesn't need treatment . If pap is normal so what can be reason of spotting in alternate days wid nabothian cyst, is there any medicine to heal it.

Nabothian cysts do not cause bleeding. If you are still bleeding and your pap smear is normal you need further tests.
An ultrasound pelvis and screening for sexually transmitted infections especially Chlamydia is the next step. If these are both reported normal then an outpatient hysteroscopy is indicated provided other medical causes are ruled out like oral contraceptive pills or missed tablets etc
