My pap smear test is negative but little worried about that having reactive atypia what does it mean

This is could be probably a local infection only . Antibiotics can be considered if you are symptomatic . Or else no need of anything needs to be done .
Since you are over 30 years combine HPV testing with your Pap smear . And repeat the test every 5 years if they are negative .
This report is negative .
