I had my first PAP a few weeks ago and my doctor found "A-Typical cells of uncertain significance." Does this mean that I have some type of HPV for certain or could it turn out to be something else? Is there any chance that I don't have HPV?

At age of 20 years, pap test has no significance. After age 25 or 3 years later of sexual activity do it.
