Chest Xray : Normal Symptoms : Shortness of breath Palpitations sometimes No cough And these symptoms subside when anti anxiety pills are taken BP : Normal Pulse : Normal Echocardiography findings : Mild TR PAP : 26 mmHg + RAP LVEF : 61% Can someone guide, what to do next ? Is it pulmonary hypertension Is this the reason for pressure on right heart and mild TR ?
