Hi I took ezact 90mg tablet ones a day for 5 days in beginning of 2021 August 1st week.then I side my endoscopy on September 4th.its showing pangastritis.is it because of Ezact 90 tablet.will it cause pangastritis?

Taking pain killer like ezact 90 for such a small duration of time in once daily dose rarely causes gastritis.negligible chances that the medication is the cause
