Pancreatic Serum Elevation
Hi ,
I am 29 years male having duodenitis and GERD also diagnosed with chronic active ileitis(mild activity) in colonoscopy recently.
However today pancreatic amylase test showed amylase 139 and lipase 70 but LFT and urea , creatine was normal .
USG abomen had mild fatty liver
Also eGFR was a little less 78 for quite some time
Do I need to be worried about or are these normal ?.Here are a list of medications I take for last 3 months
Mesahenz 1200 twice daily
Probiotics once daily
Razo 20 mg once before breakfast
Rozavel 10 once for dyslepidimea
