Palpitations while playing cricket
I am 39 year inactive male having high blood pressure from last 10-12 years with sinus tachycardia. Earlier for 10 years on beta blockers. From last tow years on triolmesar 40. Recently start playing cricket and experience palpitations while playing. Sometimes skipped beat. Bp is normal. Also increase in pulse with little movement. Done colour Doppler,in Dec 19,  all normal. Kindly advise.
