Palpitations
My age is 27yrs and am post covid patient recently I have checked my heart condition 2D ECHO and TMT and results were normal .But still dont know why am getting palpitations when am at rest even when am in happy mood also am observing light palpitations due to that am unable to sleep properly. I am attaching my reports also please advise or suggest me why it's happening and what's need to be done to get rid of it. THANKS.

Sometimes anxiety is a major factor for palpitations. If you have this then you need to manage your anxiety. But as you said, you feel palpitations even at rest. So You may need a Holter monitoring.
