I'm diabetic on insulin mixtard 30/70 taking glycomet 1000, taking telmisartan 40 once a day, dilzem cd 90 once a day, ecosprin av 75 once a day . Done echocardiogram result 60% efficiency, mild IVs hypertrophy. Angiography done with NAD, ECG normal. But I'm suffering from acute palpitations on slight movement. Previously taking beta blocker, presently stopped by doctor.
But palpitations are persisting badly. Even after rising from bed I get palpitations.
