Palpitations after alcohol

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I used to have alcohol on an daily basis and it's been 5-6 months I've been practising it on occasionally basis, but my heart rate hits upto 110-120 after alcohol, food & usually it remains around 80-100 I've done my all heart reports ecg, echo, tmt all are normal and I'm worried about cardiac arrest Have hyperacidity and cervical
