Alcohol after stenting
My father drank alcohol everyday.After he got MI and tvcad.After stenting he stopped all kind of alcohol.Now he sometimes ask if alcohol is harmful after stenting.

Social drinks or occasional drink restricted to 30-60 ml can be beneficial for heart. Although some studies have proven it but it is always advised to avoid regular intake in larger quantities.
For a post are yes patient it is strictly advised to avoid smoking (active/passive) , processed foods, high cholesterol diet and sedentary lifestyle.

Regular activity, add PUFA in diet, green vegetables, whole grains, Meditation, and never skip heart medication
