Palpitation,fbs 100-128 ,pulse increase
Hello doctor ,me from Punjab, I have problems since 10 days.har time palpitations hoti hai dil ghabrata hai. Mid night ya kabhi v khane ka mnn krta hai. Pyass bhut lgti hai(water intake or liquid Hr 2-3hrs mei sufficient amount leti hun) Fasting blood sugar 100-128 K veech mei hi ata hai. RBS 114-126 rehta hai. Off an on bp fluctuate kr ta hai No h/s of any medication or any problem .it occurs I got fever And cough in may For more than 7 days.only antibiotics for 3daysyand PCM taken After recovery weakness is there and all that problems occurs which I mentioned above. Palpitations ke liye ECG is necessary, done during the ongoing palpitations. You need to regularize eating habits. Eat same quantity of food at same time every day for 15 days and then check if symptoms persist. Fasting sugars are high. Blood test HbA1c should be done Weight loss with diet and exercise. Diet should have 500 kcal less than what you are eating now. Exercise is 30 mins every day.

Your fasting is on a higher side. Do a hba1c. Also get your thyroid levels evaluated.
