My palm is both hands became dry ..dry patches all over the palms..cracks are coming..itching is there..

It is an irritant response to some contact agent like detergent, soap, phenyl, spices or even a vegetable. Please try to find the cause. Till then apply moisturiser and saliderm.please see a dermatologist in person for further.
