he has being using medicines(clobestasol propinate & salicylic acid onintment, vitamin A&D capsules,hydrox-10,aithrocin-250,lycet-5) since one year . we are worry about his hand . he hands are bulging he cant even close his hand . we need better treatment for my father

Sure, the pictures are not clear enough to make a diagnosis, yet, definitely the condition can be treated and brought in control. It could be a chronic hand eczema or Palmar psoriasis.
