Really matter of concern n got ur pain, it would better if u share pics of both hands, still i'm clear about u demand 2nd opinion n to that extend Authentic n Holistic Ayurveda will be adding great solution so choose nr by ayurveda dr till then drop all milk n milk products n habit of salt n sour food n drinks..

Hi
Please meet a dermatologist who can examine and recommend a skin biopsy. The skin looks extremely pigmented and if there is no improvement at all in 1 year he needs a second opinion. He may also need oral antibiotics as his hand is swollen
