Pale Orange and Sore ness on tongue

Hi I'm have observed some pale orange colour on tongue and some times feel sore Ness on tongue after eating, this is been like 2 - 3 weeks, to whomever I need to concern I'm worrying is anything serious ? Please help related to which problem
