It looks like a gum swelling... Kindly consult with Dentist , if you have pain or bleeding during brushing, do a cleaning and use chlorhexidine mouthwash.... Wait and see whether the swelling subside, if not take an x-ray and confirm the diagnosis with your Dentist, whether it is due to any periapical infection in your teeth or any bony swelling...
