Palatally impacted mesoidon upper jaw
I am 20years old. Recently, I just discovered that I have a supernumerary tooth embedded in my upper jaw bone in between my central incisors. The orthodontist that I visited suggested a surgery to remove it. But, what if I do not want to do surgery and just let the tooth be where it used to be my whole life because it had never been a problem to me before, so is it okay?

It is better to get the tooth removed as it will help u with ur Ortho treatment of u r planning to get . otherwise the movement of teeth will be hampers due to tht supernumerary tooth. If u leave it like tht it causes pressure around' the incisors and leads them to shift from their normal position. More than that there is always a risk of getting a dental cyst due to it .so it's better to get it removed. It's removal won't take much time and won't be painful. visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the procedure. Or if u r in Bangalore u can consult me .
Next Steps
if possible u can share  with me opg or x-ray of the supernumerary tooth if u have.itwill give a better idea.
