Pains & veins on penis.

Asked for Male, 26 Years

26 years old having initial stage of varicose veins on legs.10 days before hold ejaculate long time while watching porn and then ejaculates.Then 2 to 3 veins are visible on penis and it slightly pains.After 2 days I masturbate again,this time veins are clearly visible on penis and pains more.Then after 5 to 6 days not having pain I ejaculate 1 time in 2 days each.Then I slightly feel pain and vibration in penis. Is I got varicose veins on the penis?will I consult to vascular surgeon or urologist
