  4. Pains in my stomach and more. I do?

I missed my period in May and it still hasn't come...im constantly having stomach pains and lower back pain and I threw up one morning so I took a pregnancy test it came back positive so a week after that which would be this morning came back negativ3.. What does this mean? What should I Do? I also read that it could be too early for those test
