Pains in certain parts of both Arms Legs
Hi, I can feel pain in certain areas of my arms and legs. Like the outer elbow muscle, upper arm and triceps region. It's more like soreness when I press them. Also, my left thumb shivers and day before the right index finger was shivering and went heavy for a few seconds and went away. I have a sedentary lifestyle, and I work mostly on my laptop and mobile. No diabetes or BP or thyroid. Overweight and has a bit of high cholesterol. Even the upper/side calf and lower calf pains on most days and yesterday had pain on my right hamstrings. All these feel more like muscle pain. I have lost around 10 kgs and recently started seeing a lot of veins on my arms and legs. I am taking weekly VitD3 doses for last 10 weeks Please help, why is this happening.

This problem might be due to muscular weakness in arm and calf muscles. You need to start muscle strengthening exercises for arm, forearm, calf, hamstrings, quadriceps so that the problem gradually improves over time..
Next Steps
Also, you can take analgesic with muscle relaxant for now, levocarnetene supplement along with Vit B12 and Vit D3. Apply analgesic ointment for pain relief. Hot fomentation can be done regularly.
