I have a a n ellipsoid lump on my arm. Is is painless and not very deep inside the skin. One docter suggested it is because of stress. Is it something I should be worked about?

This appears to be a Lipoma - a growth of fatty tissue. However, will need to be examined to say with certainty. It may need to be removed with a small cut or treated with injections depending on size and if it's bothering you at all
