Paining in pennis

Asked for Male, 36 Years

Paining in pennis, paining while urinating also at the time of Intercourse, I have taken all the test urinanalysis, Creatinine and culture everything is normal, and still I dont why its paining please suggest me a solution, while Intercourse pennis suddenly sizes smaller also after intercourse its paining alot. Please Give me a solution doctors. Thanks in Advance
