Paining at the time of urination

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Having a severe pain in bladder at the time of urination which leads to difficulty in urination and frequency of going for pee has also increased because not able to clear the bladder in a single go. Need to know whether if it is a serious issue and what are are all the medicine shall I take. And how much time will it take to cure this.
