Painful Urine flow in night

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello, i have uncontrolled urine flow especially in night, just feeling horrible pain and pull in vagina due to urinary bladder full. Urinary bladder is unable to hold urine for little long time also, it starts pulling painful pain. Why is it due to? Can it be due to mirena insertion?
