Feeling pain when start urination.also pain inside the penis. Did not hold erection and penis did not erected quickly and foreskin of penis is slight tight. 1) urine" re&me and culture report normal. 2)Prostate size 18cc. 3)Uroflowmetry result is also normal with slight irritation. Now what i do i am faced painful sex and painful urination pls help me

If foreskin is tight, then u might need circumcision...sometimes straining for urine due to tight skin, can cause painful urination as well as tight skin can cause painful sex..get urself examined once..
