Painful Testicle and abdomen

Asked for Male, 14 Years

I recently went to the hospital for sever constipation and resolved the pain in my lower abdomen. however, after i finally used the restroom my right testicle started to hurt. This has happened before and the doctor said it was Epiditymitis, but this time it feels like a worser line of pain from my right lower abdomen down to my right testicle.
